LIFETIME WARRANTY:
Gillette provides a Lifetime Warranty for the GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor handle (blades, stand and accessories excluded) bought as of 1st May 2022 onwards. Warranty is valid for purchases made within Australia and New Zealand only. Upon a successful Warranty application, Gillette will provide a coupon with the same value or greater value to replace the product. Otherwise, or on election by the consumer, Gillette will provide replace the product free of charge with the same or similar product of equal or greater value, subject to product availability.
Not applicable for any other Gillette or GilletteLabs products.
The Lifetime Warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees. Consumer Guarantees include a guarantee that the products purchased will be fit for purpose, safe, lasting, acceptable in appearance and free from faults for a reasonable period of time having regard to factors like the type of product and its cost because your satisfaction is important to us.

TO WHOM THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS:
The Lifetime Warranty is extended to the original purchaser or in the case of a gift, the original recipient of a GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor. A copy of the Original receipt or Proof of Purchase is required to determine Warranty applicability. The Warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser or gift recipient. The warranty claim must be made within Australia or New Zealand to be valid.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

Cosmetic damage (changes in appearance to the razor in line with normal handling which does not affect product performance / functionality).

Damage caused by modification (including, but not limited to: deliberate manipulation of flexdisc, incompatible blades docking)

Damage caused by extreme neglect evidenced by visual conditions and mechanisms. (including, but not limited to: dropping from extreme height, outdoor storage)

Re-sale / second hand / second use products.

Not applicable for Cartridges, Stand, Blades or Accessories. Razor handle only.
